2012 Regular Session Begins Tuesday

Alabama Retail to Advance its 2012 Legislative Agenda

CapitolThe Alabama Legislature returns at noon Tuesday, Feb. 7, for its 2012 regular session. The governor will present his state-of-the-state address at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Legislature is expected to meet three days in its first week. During the session, the Alabama Retail Association will advance its 2012 Legislative Agenda. Throughout the session, ARA will monitor all bills impacting retailers and keep Alabama retailers informed of any developments through its weekly Capitol Retail Report.
