FREE Workplace Compliance Posters

With your ARA membership, you receive the workers’ rights posters that are required by federal and state law to be posted in your workplace.  These posters can cost as much as $200 from other sources but are yours absolutely FREE from ARA!

ARA updates these posters as laws change. Updated all-in-one state and federal posters were mailed to ARA members in September 2009 as a FREE member service.

The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, or GINA, becomes effective Saturday, Nov. 21st, and requires a supplemental poster.

ARA MEMBERS: The most recent changes to workplace law, can be downloaded from the Benefits menu at left, including the GINA supplement. Click on the title of each law update to download a copy. With the exception of GINA, the changes were incorporated into the all-in-one state and federal posters mailed to you in September 2009.

Each ARA member initially receives one each of the state and federal posters. 
If you have more than one location and those locations are not part of the ARA member database, you may need additional posters. Order additional posters at the link below or call 1-800-239-5423.
